Week 1 of the 2019 season is in the books.

After a long offseason the 2019 Gridiron Victoria season is underway.

For the first time in a long time Gridiron Victoria is running all 4 of its contact competitions concurrently which like is any major change has caused some issues.

The largest issue has been the change to fixtures due to clubs pulling their teams out of competitions close to the season. Please keep in mind the Gridiron Victoria website will have the correct fixtures.

That being said we are excited that the 2019 season is underway!

Senior Men’s Competition Results.

Croydon Rangers def South Eastern Predators 35-8
Geelong Buccaneers def Pakenham Silverbacks 50-0
Western Crusaders def Bendigo Dragons 48-12
Melton Wolves def Peninsula Sharks 54-6
Ballarat Falcons def Northern Raiders 34-0
Monash Warriors def Monash Barbarians 7-0

Note: The Warriors and Barbarians will not play each other under the schedule but to keep an even competition a result needs to be entered. The Warriors will be awarded a victory over the Barbarians 7-0 this result will not be a forfeit.
