Lynn Spence
Lynn B. Spence is currently serving his second term as Chair. He brings a diverse professional background spanning Corporate Learning & Development, medico-legal fields, and business management. Lynn is the Business Manager for a leading personal injury law firm in Melbourne.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
With over 27 years of coaching experience, Lynn is a passionate and accomplished coach across corporate, sports, and direct sales environments. He has successfully developed and led teams—from youth and young adults to seasoned professionals—specializing in Leadership, Safety Leadership, and Neuroscience.
Lynn’s coaching portfolio includes building high-performing sports and corporate teams, working alongside NCAA collegiate coaches and athletes, and mentoring global networking teams.
In addition, Lynn has spent 21 years as a global leader in the direct sales industry, where he built and managed one of the industry's most successful international teams.
